Your hosiery and lingerie, wrapped in tissue and ribbons, and posted with love...

Everybody loves to receive a gift wrapped present in the post, even if you have ordered a little something for yourself. Because of that, every item ordered is hand wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a bow of satin ribbon. Because we maintain high stock levels, we then aim to post first class and next day items to you the same day you order, provided we receive it by 3pm.

How do we send your order?

We send orders to anywhere in the world directly from our boutique in Britain, and have a particularly large client base in the UK, USA, Europe, Australia and Canada.  If you order before 3.00pm, we typically post first class and next day orders the same day, except weekends and holidays, where the order will be posted the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will confirm it on an email along with any tracking number.

All items are sent in discreet plain purple postal bags or boxes. We personally send all parcels, and maintain high quality standards at every stage of your purchase and delivery. We use Royal Mail and DHL Express to send all orders. Credit card charges are listed as 'SP*MAYFAIR'.

Timescales are a guide only, apart from Next Day Delivery, which is a guaranteed weekday service.


First Class : £2.95 (approx 1-4 working days from despatch, with FREE gift wrapping)

Tracked 1st Class : £4.90 (FREE gift wrapping, typically 1-4 working days from despatch, can be tracked online via Royal Mail) 

Next Day Mon-Sat Delivery : from £8.90 (FREE gift wrapping, next working day, requires signature - needs to be ordered before 3.00pm for Royal Mail next day delivery). If ordering on a weekend or holiday, orders will be despatched the next working day.

 

USA

Airmail Tracked : £7.95 (FREE gift wrapping,typically 5 to 9 working days from despatch, tracked)

DHL Express : £24.90 (FREE gift wrapping,typically 1-3 working days from despatch, requires signature on delivery, tracked + SMS/email notifications). Remote areas can take a little longer.

Europe & The Rest of the World

Any duties and fees imposed by your local Government are outside of our control I am afraid. We are unable to accept the liability for these external charges.

Can be slightly longer, and slightly more expensive, for some countries. All exact rates will be shown at checkout.


Points to Note

The majority of orders arrive on time, but we are officially obliged to say that deliveries could take up to 30 days if there are any delays in postal services, such as can occur during periods of heavy demand e.g. holidays and Black Friday. As such, only the UK Next Day Delivery is a guaranteed timed service, all other services are non-guaranteed. Times shown act as a guide only, using information supplied by delivery services. Timings are based on working days, i.e. weekdays, and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

If your order hasn't arrived then it is typically held up with customs or postal officials, and unfortunately, we have no control over customs authorities. We advise UK customers to wait 15 days after the estimated delivery time, before we can assess whether we can refund or reship the items. Overseas customers will need to wait 30 days after the estimated delivery time, in order to take in to account any unexpected customs or postal delays. Any missing items or damage must be reported within seven days of receipt.

'Next Day' service deliveries to the UK are not made on weekends or bank holidays (but you can upgrade to Saturday Delivery if required). 'Next Day' orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

Germany: we are unable to post to 'Packstation' addresses within Germany.

For security and 'peace of mind', we may at times, upgrade your postage to a 'signed for' option, this is at our expense, and you will not be charged any extra.

Taxes and Customs Duties: If there is a possibility of your country or customs taxing you on any orders, then we can't be liable for those I am afraid. However, for orders to the USA, we will cover customs duties and taxes for original orders of $800 or lower in value. We are unable to cover taxes and duties to other countries. If your country customs requires contents details to be printed on the parcel, then this will be provided by ourselves. If you refuse duties or tax imposed by your own country, then items will be returned to ourselves. In such instances, we can refund the products purchased, less the cost of postage.

Should your order be returned to us for any reason, we will happily re-send it to you, but we would require the postage fees for this service.
