Everybody loves to receive a gift wrapped present in the post, even if you have ordered a little something for yourself. Because of that, every item ordered is hand wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a bow of satin ribbon. Because we maintain high stock levels, we then post all your items to you the same day you order.
We send orders to anywhere in the world directly from our boutique in Britain, and have a particularly large client base in the UK, USA, Europe, Australia and Canada. If you order before 3.00pm, we will post it the same day, except Saturdays where the order will be posted the following Monday. Orders after 3.00pm will be sent the next day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will confirm it on an email and send any tracking number to you overnight.
All items are sent in plain purple postal bags and the company name or contents are not shown on the package. We personally send all parcels, and never use a drop shipping company or use manufacturers to post items. We maintain high quality standards at every stage of your purchase and delivery.
We use Royal Mail to send all orders. If you are based overseas then the parcel will get handed over to the postal service of your country, or one of its official partners.
Free 1st Class Post if you spend over £50 : Free (gift wrapped, usually arrives the next day, or the day after that.)
First Class : £2.30 (gift wrapped, usually arrives the next day, or the day after that)
Signed 1st Class : £3.90 (gift wrapped, 1-2 days, requires a signature, can be tracked online)
Next Day Delivery : £6.90 (gift wrapped, next working day arrival before 1pm, requires signature - needs to be ordered before 3.00pm)
Next Day Saturday Delivery : £12.00 (gift wrapped, arrives Saturday before 1pm, requires signature - needs to be ordered before 3.00pm on a Friday)
Airmail first class : £5.90 (gift wrapped, typically 3-5 working days)
Airmail International Signed : £9.90 (gift wrapped, typically 3-5 working days, requires signature on delivery)
Airmail first class : £7.40 (gift wrapped, typically 7-14 working days, tracking is not available with this option)
Airmail International Signed : £10.90 (gift wrapped, typically 7-14 working days, requires signature on delivery, tracked)
UPS Express : £25 (gift wrapped, typically 2-5 working days, requires signature on delivery, tracked)
'Next Day' deliveries to the UK are not made on weekends or bank holidays (you can upgrade to Saturday Delivery if required).
For security and 'peace of mind', we may at times, upgrade your postage to a 'signed for' option, this is at our expense, and you will not be charged any extra.
If there is a possibility of your country or customs taxing you on any orders, then we can't be liable for those I am afraid.
Officially, we are obliged to say that deliveries could take up to 30 days, but they should be there much sooner. Delays in any postal service can occur during periods of heavy demand, such as holidays and Black Friday.
If your order hasn't arrived then it could be that it is held up with customs or postal officials. We advise UK customers to wait 15 days after the estimated delivery time, before we can assess whether we can refund or reship the items. Overseas customers will need to wait 30 days after the estimated delivery time, in order to take in to account any unexpected customs or postal delays. Any missing items or damage must be reported within seven days of receipt.
HOSIERY: If you receive a faulty item that needs to be returned due to a manufacturing fault, we will replace or refund as per your instructions. Please return it to us within 28 days. However, once the item has been removed from the packaging, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or replace unless it is defective.
LINGERIE: We will offer an exchange or refund on all our lingerie, if you are not completely happy, within 28 days of receipt, providing that the items are unworn and are in perfect condition. They need to be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
We must receive the faulty items back before we can action your refund or exchange.

NON-FAULTY ITEMS: If you simply change your mind, and the product is not faulty, you can still return it to us for a full refund (less postage costs) or replacement within 28 days, provided it is unworn, returned in its original unopened packaging and original condition.
